Made to order

Every Croc Town product is made to order. Production begins after your order has been confirmed.

Estimated production time is 2 business days. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated shipping times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated shipping times are:

Domestic shipping within the country of production: 2–5 business days.
International shipping: 10–30 business days.

Including production, estimated total delivery times are 4–7 business days for domestic orders and 12–32 business days for international orders.

“Domestic” refers to the country where the product is produced, which may differ from your country of residence. Products may be fulfilled from different locations.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and carrier delays may affect delivery. Any delivery timeframe specifically agreed at checkout takes precedence.

Shipping destinations and costs

Available shipping destinations depend on the products in your cart and are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer unless a free shipping offer applies. The total shipping charge is displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before you complete your purchase.

Separate shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be produced by different fulfilment partners and shipped separately. Your items may arrive on different dates, with separate tracking details.

The total shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before payment.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where available.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after a shipping label has been created.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at croctown.shop@gmail.com. Once production or shipping has started, address changes may no longer be possible.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a returned shipment, we will contact you about the available options and explain any applicable redelivery costs before proceeding.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, depending on the destination.

Where these charges are not included or collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer to the relevant authority or carrier. Any applicable information available to us will be provided before purchase.

Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact croctown.shop@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged items, please include photographs where possible.

We will investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct instructions.
